Women Who Sail provides a safe space and collaborative community for women and non-binary members of the boating world internationally.
Our aim is to foster a supportive environment for sailors of all backgrounds and beliefs, while creating resources, opportunities, and advocacy moments to create a more equitable, inclusive, and diverse world of boating.
